Both the Workplace Ordinance and the UVV "General Regulations" (GUV-V A1, previously GUV 0.1) stipulate that floors must be slip-resistant. They must also be easy to clean. This applies to work, cooling, storage, machine and ancillary rooms to the extent that it is operationally possible and necessary for safety or health reasons.
