Cold-rolled stainless steel sheets are also referred to as patterned sheets. The pattern is embossed on a sendzimir roll stand. A sendzimir stand is a cluster mill construction for cold rolling, by means of which flat products can be rolled particularly thinly and with low tolerances. Patterned sheets only have a pattern on the upper side, the underside remains smooth. Patterned sheets are available in a variety of patterns and embossings. Their surface is insensitive to fingerprints, scratches or other signs of use. They are therefore particularly suitable for wall coverings in interior and exterior architecture, facades (special light reflection due to their structure), elevator cabins (widely resistant to vandalism due to their patterning), escalators, counters, refrigerated cabinets and showcases and many other applications.
